Description:
 
The 3rd Engineer shall undertake responsibilities
in the engine room as directed by the First and/or Second Engineer. The 3rd
Engineer is a member of a watch going team comprised of a Second Engineer in the
Control Room, a Motorman and the 3rd Engineer as roaming engine
watches.Requirements:
 
STCW III/1 LicenseEducation:
 
Graduation from Maritime
AcademyExperience:
 
1 to 2 years of experience (Experience as a Cadet
will be considered.)Special Requirements:
 
Ability to work at sea 6 months on/2 months
off.Notes:
